Thereby a sound basis for restorative dental work is established for long-term maintenance of the teeth being treated. The lecture will focus on the key steps that will allow the operator to achieve these objectives in most of his/her cases with emphasis on treatment decisions, instrument set-up, and measures to control root canal infections.
